Black Market
Complete all campaigns with all characters to unlock the Black Market icon at the main menu. This will allow you to buy previously unreleased characters, maps, campaigns, and movie clips.

Sending villagers to escape
If you have some villagers and they need to escape, send them to a building in the direction you want them to go. Choose "Demolish" but then select "No". You will be on that building but still unused. If you have buildings in a sort of line they can get far away in one turn.





Free Empire Points
To get free empire points for buying special units and maps (maps for multiplayer and units for help in missons) just go to single player and then empire map.

Make it totally one-sided (i.e., three Franks on the same team vs 1 Briton on another team) but you may choose any map you want (this is what bonus maps are for). Then start the game. If you want a really easy game, turn off black map and fog of war.

Play the game but let the other teams take care of the enemy and just focus on getting as much resources and building the most buildings you can. Once the allies kill the enemy or 15 days pass, the game will end and you will recieve empire points depending on what you did well in.

You will receive no score for military, but economy and others will be really high giving you lots of empire points. Now go back to the main menu and then go to bonus items. Now use these empire points to either buy special units or you may choose new maps for making this easier or for playing multiplayer.

Also, while playing empire maps or multiplayer, if you see some gold in a sack, some broking pillars or a goat, they are not relics, they are extras such as getting the gold in the bag gives you gold, the goat gives you food and the pillars give a variety of things. For the bonuses from broken pillars, use a weak and cheap unit or a unit that is very low in health since that unit may be destroyed when the item container is broken.

Ok, I'm not positive about this, but I believe that if you beat the level "Muck Amok", you unlock oozium238 in hachi's store. buy this for 1000 points, then go to custum map. go to the unit list, and select oozium. Now you can use ooziums on the custom map!! have fun.
PS: for upu oozium fans/suicide battle fans, I recommend you have 4 teams on a map, and all units be ooziums, and see who wins. this is stupid yet oddly addictive to watch and fight in.

Easy Rank Increase
Start a new campaign and complete the first two levels with Jake. Each time you complete one of those levels, you should receive 300 experience points. Keep on starting new games and completing the first two levels until Jake reaches level 10 or higher. This will be his level for any other modes.

Level Grinding - Mission 19
During Mission 19 in Hard Mode, save the game and set aside an extra save game file that you'll use for this trick.
In this mission, there are 22 Oozium, 2 pipes, and a Cannon. You'll get 1200 pts if you destroy all of them. Also, the points during this mission is doubled so you'll have 2400pts.
Before deploying, strongest COs by using the Tower Power, Star Power, Desert Scorpion, & Bruiser. Put those two in charge of the Orange Star, and pick any two COs you want to level up on Blue Moon.
Just keep Blue Moon in the game and try to flank the Oozium; long-ranged attacks are ineffective against them but it will help in withering their strength. Take COM towers whenever you have the chance and don't leave any of your units next to the Oozium at the end of your turn.
Once you completed the mission, save to the extra file. Now every time you want to level grind, just go through the mission and save again to the other file. You'll get a good number of credits as well.

Defeating Ooziums
Ooziums are more vulnerable against infrantry and aircraft fire.

Easy Levels
On the level with the Oozems, take your units and kill all the blobs. Then take your units and blow up the turret and the 2 pipe pieces in the upper part of the screen. You get almost 1000 Exp every time. (Save to another file and repeat.) It will not work if you save during the level. I tried it and it dosen't do anything extra after the level.

Hard mode
Hard mode has the spheres going in two different directions. This makes it a little bit easier in the beginning because you can get bigger chain. When marbles are being destroyed on one side, expand the chain by shooting a marble into the other side. It is easy to get a twelve or better chain this way. The strategy mainly for Hard mode in the beginning is just to group pairs of at least two red, at least two blue, at least two red, then destroy a set in the middle of this arrangement in each path.

Detonator
In Normal Play in the Training, Normal, Hard, or Special, you should have enough time to count the red and blue dots. This is when you usually get the first detonator. Always destroy the one with the least dots. Also when there are the following colors: red, blue, yellow, light blue, and purple, it is typically good to destroy light blue. This works 80% of the time.

Special mode
Special Mode has smaller marbles because there is an extra circle to the spiral. It has expanded, so the detonator also gets a benefit from this. If you are lucky enough to eliminate most of the yellows before you get the first detonator so that only red and blue remain, you will get a killer chain once the detonator is used.

Quest Detonators
In the actual quest levels that have detonators, they do not appear in the slot where you can launch marbles. They are actually in the arrangement of incoming marbles. This makes it more convenient actually because you can use it at that minute, or hold off its usage for when you really need it. In the Normal Play, you must use one when you get one. They work the same way as far as the destruction of marbles is concerned.

Switcher
These devices usually lead to two or more different paths. When the switcher is set one way, the marbles have to flow in the path that it leads to, but the switcher can change its direction, pushing the marbles in a different direction than before. It only appears in Quest mode.

Slot
When you launch a marble into one of these holes, the slot spins. If three of the same icon match up, that icon appears in the slot. It can be a silver, gold, or other color coin. A silver coin gives you 5,000 points. A gold coin gives you 10,000 points. The other coin gives you 50,000 points. It can also be a timer that sends marbles back a little bit (very convenient), or a detonator. Then again, there is always the chance that you will not get anything. It only appears in Quest mode.

Black Hole
The marble that goes into a Black Hole will be sucked up and disappear. During this time, you cannot launch any other marbles until the marble sent into the Black Hole is gone. It takes awhile; you must be patient. Do not go in these when you are seconds from losing. It only appears in Quest mode.

Graviton
This is something that alters the gravity of the marble passing by it or directly over it and may slightly push it into a different direction. They may be frustrating when you are trying to launch a marble that will lead to a chain. It only appears in Quest mode.

Line Barrier
A Line Barrier is the same as an Impact Barrier, but it does not move. It disappears and reappears in different spots. It has the same effect as an Impact Barrier. It only appears in Quest mode.

Unlock the Staff Credits game
The option to select the STAFF button on the options menu becomes accessable after playing through & beating every stage in Quest mode. It doesn't matter if you score a gold, silver, or bronze metal on the stages. All you have to do is manage to beat them all. After completing the final boss in Quest mode, the game will make you play the Staff game once, then once it's done, you'll be able to accesss it and re-play it anytime you want.

A Witch's Tale Nintendo DS Cheats

Hidden ending
After beating a game once save the game and start from the begining. Then in the Florin kingdom go through Ressurection path (etrance - stone in north-east corner) and get Anne's Braslet. In later events, when Loue open rabbit hole, you fall in the creepe Maze forest. Go up (there are 1 fight), then in the cleared forest up, right, right, up, up. Talk with Mad Hatter and enjoy new good ending.

Secret Gate
Beat the game and you will be asked to save your cleared data. Do so and the Secret Gate will be unlocked in the Main Menu. In it, you play Blackjack against the Princesses.
